About us

A studio built by operators who'd rather build than wait.

Global Ventures Tech was founded on a simple belief: the best way to build category-defining companies is to build them — hands on, from day one, with people who've done it before.

The founder

Rajnita's journey

Rajnita Bhetwal has spent close to 13 years in sales and marketing — most recently as Vice President of Sales and Support — where she learned, deal after deal, exactly what customers want and what they'll actually pay for.

Her conviction is that great products are built on trust: clear communication, dependable support, and relationships that outlast any single sale. Working across VoIP and business-communication technology, she saw the same pattern repeat — the companies that win are the ones that pair a strong product with a relentless focus on the customer journey.

She founded Global Ventures Tech to build exactly those companies from the ground up. She brought together engineers, product builders, and operators she had worked alongside and trusted, and paired their craft with a go-to-market instinct honed over more than a decade. The result is a studio that builds AI-native products — and stands behind them as a long-term partner.

“Success isn't closing a deal. It's earning trust, showing up with consistent service, and building relationships that keep growing.”

Timeline

How Global Ventures came together

From a shared conviction to a working studio — the milestones so far, and what's next.

  1. Early 2026

    The idea takes shape

Rajnita brings together a group of operators around a single thesis: the cost of building a category-defining company has collapsed, and the winners will be small teams who build AI-native from day one.

  2. 2026

    Global Ventures Tech is founded

The studio is established with its founding team in place — a mix of engineering, product, and go-to-market experience — and a model built around building companies in-house rather than investing in them.

  3. 2026

    HRMS goes live

The studio's HR, attendance, and payroll platform ships to its first teams — putting the idea → revenue-in-weeks model into practice with real, paying users.

  4. Now

    Building the portfolio

With HRMS live and KudosCRM in active development, the studio is scaling its playbook: sharp problem, small senior team, real users before production code.

  5. Next

    [Your next milestone]

[Replace with the next real milestone — a launch, a raise, a hire, a market. Keeping the timeline current is what makes it credible.]
